Our Home Care Services are provided through a service agreement. We ask all seniors and/or their families to schedule a minimum of two visits of four hours per week. However, this commitment is not binding either in the short term or the long term.

If your needs change, and you no longer require home care support, you simply need to inform us a few days before the next visit from your home care assistant, and we will terminate your services. If later you require our services again, we will be there to assist you.

An RPA (Residence Privée pour Aînés) is described as a collective housing building intended for individuals aged 65 and older who are autonomous or semi-autonomous. Private Retirement Homes are required to be certified. The CIUSSS is responsible for the certification process of all private retirement homes located in its territory. Within the certification process, a verification is conducted by Accreditation Canada, and follow-up on recommendations is ensured by the CIUSSS. When a retirement home meets the requirements of the regulations, the CIUSSS issues a renewable compliance certificate every four years.
