Is two-fold, first is my experiences working in retirement homes - I have over 10 years in the GTA as a General Manager/Executive Director at homes with different companies. Having spent most of my career in hospitality, I bring excellent customer service to every interaction. Secondly, I have a genuine need to help others in which my integrity is always my guide.
