Having had the privilege of advising parents and grandparents for 10 years, I worked in a field that is particularly close to my heart: postsecondary education for children and grandchildren. My various experiences over the past few years, primarily focused on the human aspect, have allowed me to put my core values into practice. Active listening, my sense of kindness, and my empathy have helped me build strong trusting relationships by responding to the needs of parents and grandparents. Being attentive to others' needs enhances their sense of well-being, reduces anxiety, and helps find the best solutions for everyone. This is what fulfills me in my work.
