In this newly created role, Mr. Rioux will lead the company’s Quebec‑wide strategy including operational performance, government relations, and service expansion—including market positioning, the introduction of new programs, and geographic growth. Jean‑François will oversee Spectrum’s current operations in Quebec, Visavie and Amika In-Home Assistance & Care.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Jean‑François served as President at Hypertec Health, and before that held the role of Chief Operations Officer at Biron Groupe Santé. He was appointed President, Fondation Institut de gériatrie de Montréal in 2023.
