What sets Stéphanie Delage apart as a Senior Living Advisor at Visavie?
I am a dedicated, caring person with a great ability to listen and a very big heart! I enjoy helping others and I truly believe that there is nothing more beautiful than making a difference in the lives of the elderly. Having witnessed the aging of my family members, I see how difficult this stage of life can be and how complex and overwhelming the choice of a senior’s residence can become. I believe that each and every one of us deserves to be guided and, above all, accompanied through this process and I consider myself extremely privileged to be able to play this role with my clients. It is a real pleasure for me to listen to you and to accompany you!
The ideal Senior Living Advisor in my opinion
In my opinion, the ideal counsellor is a person who has a great capacity to listen and analyze. She must be truly interested in her clients and understand their unique reality. She must identify the essential and important needs that must be met by the new residence. Through her analytical skills, she must be able to quickly identify the retirement home that is tailor-made for her client and that will satisfy him.
For me, Visavie is

The key to my success
My listening skills, my understanding and my great respect for your life experience make me a devoted and caring advisor. I am respectful of your pace because I know how emotional this decision can be. I am organized and meticulous and I know how to pay attention to details. It makes me happy to make you happy!
Testimonials for Stéphanie Delage
● “At the beginning of December, my mother was finishing a two-month stay at the Geriatric Institute for rehabilitation after a fall. The institute felt that my mother needed more care than her previous residence offered. I had to find a suitable residence for her. The people at the institute suggested Vis-a-Vie. This was a very difficult and stressful time in my life – I had to find a place on short notice (the institute only wanted to keep her for one more week) and I had to move her things from one residence to another. Stephanie gave me confidence that this could be accomplished. We had a one-on-one meeting at my home. On another occasion, we went to see my mother so she could meet with her and get an idea of her needs and abilities. After that, Stephanie arranged meetings with 3 residences in two days. Stephanie made it very easy for me to attend these meetings. I visited the residences with my mother and Stephanie. Stephanie had a very good rapport with the managers of the residences. She asked questions and took good notes in case we needed the information later. She was well organized. I think one of the qualities I appreciated most about Stephanie was her empathy. She showed that she cared about getting the best outcome possible. She was respectful and understanding of my mother. I think Stephanie Delage is an asset to this company. She made my job much easier and helped me choose the perfect place for my mom.” – Laura M.
