Senior Living Advisors

A proverb that describes me
Life is not about waiting for storms to pass, it is about learning to dance in the rain. — Sénèque
What sets Lucie Robitaille apart as a senior living advisor at Visavie?
After having spent several years in contact with a number of residences for different projects, I can say that I know how to recognize the places where the residents are at the heart of the decisions and well-being. I am a dynamic person who likes to see people smile, feel good and feel at home. My perfectionist side makes me a woman who pays attention to the smallest details and I like to share this with my clients. Always listening, what I appreciate most about my work is the warm and honest contact. I also have an ability to relate to people, being open and caring.
For me, Visavie is
It is a great human team that accompanies each person for one of the most important choices of a life. They are people who listen, are open-minded and always committed to the well-being of the people who call on this beautiful company. Competent people who are focused on finding the best solutions for you!
The ideal advisor in my opinion
For me, the ideal counsellor is the one who thinks of the person first. She is the one who wants to help and who acts as if she were a family member who needed to find a place. She is empathetic and wants to make this transition as smooth as possible, away from the stress and hassle it can cause. The ideal counsellor for me is one who takes the time to listen, to advise, to be honest and to always be transparent.
The key to my success
Above all, it’s a great knowledge of the different environments, the result of many hours of visits and research. I want to make a difference in people’s lives and I believe that the best way to do so is to be prepared and confident that I will find you the perfect place. I care about the comfort and happiness of the people who call on me. I want people to come away from the process with a light heart, knowing that the best is yet to come and will be for many years to come.
