A proverb that describes me

“Success in life comes from the amount of people you can help and guide”

What sets me apart

Beginning at a young age I have helped my family care for my great-grandmother who had dementia. Growing up I was always interested in health care. Since my very first volunteer job working in hospitals, community centres, retirement homes, LTC, CCAC and other health care agencies I knew in my heart that my calling was in helping and caring for people who needed care. Having different diplomas in health care and business has helped me relate, empathize and understand my clients and their family. I have a gift to guide and listen to my clients’ needs. Because of my medical background this facilitates the connection I can have with my clients, co-workers and retirement communities and other health care professionals in hospitals and in the community. I believe that, when we work as a team the needs of the patients, clients, residents are met and we help support our community for a better tomorrow.

To me Visavie is

a company that is above and beyond caring, professional, empathetic and outstanding. From the client service team to the advisors, to the managers and CEO founders there is an amazing respect, professionalism and you feel like you are part of the family. They support our growth, our opinion, they allow us to grow and help us grow as senior living advisors.

In my opinion, the ideal advisor

… is someone who is attentive to details, listens, empathetic and thinks outside the box. Someone who thinks quickly and who can always try to find different solutions to problems. Someone who is resourceful and understands our health care system to help guide and navigate different options for our clients.

The key to my success

Having worked over 20 years in health care and understanding how the system works, how to navigate through it fluently. Building lasting relationships with partners, communities, and other allied health care professionals.
